From your spacious 15 m² balcony, equipped with a table for four and two sun loungers, you can enjoy a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea, the surroundings, and a beautifully landscaped subtropical park. During the winter months from November to March, you can enjoy the sun thanks to the favorable southwest orientation.

The apartment features marble floors, a private parking space in the garage, a spacious living room with a smart TV with international channels and WiFi, and an open kitchen with all necessary appliances, including an air fryer. Additionally, this delightful vacation rental has two bedrooms with ample built-in wardrobes and one bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.

Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the apartment, as well as a washing machine.

Additional Information 
Normal electricity consumption is included. For consumption above 85 kWh per week (air conditioning), €0.35 per kWh will be deducted from the deposit. This apartment is particularly suitable for winter guests due to its southwest orientation and the availability of WiFi and smart TV.

The residence is fully enclosed and secured with cameras and physical security. Special winter rates are available from November to March. If you wish to go out, you can visit the La Zenia Boulevard mega shopping center, 4 kilometers away, the Friday market in Torrevieja, or spend a day shopping at the Centro Commercial of Torrevieja, which also features a bowling alley, mini-fair, and cinema.

In the surrounding area, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports, go-karting, horseback riding, golfing, and nightlife, as well as delicious dining. Key Transfer 
Key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can access your vacation rental on the first day between 16:00 and 20:00 hours. On the day of departure, you will normally leave the property before 11:00 hours. In consultation with the manager, other times may be arranged.

Upon your arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services and information to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They will welcome you, personally handle the key transfer, and give you useful tips about the nearby area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.
